Please note, we generally do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind.
We know that choosing the right scent is extremely personal, so we recommend trying our Sample Set which includes all four of our signature perfume oils. This is a perfect way to experience them all, before deciding on the right fragrance for you.
We only exchange items if they are damaged or defective.
If you’ve received a damaged or faulty item, please contact us at hello@hiddenalchemy.com.au within 7 days of receipt.
Proof of purchase must be provided with, photos showing & demonstrating the fault or damage.
We will review & assess the request on an individual basis.
Customers may be liable for the return postage cost.
If eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unused, unaltered and in their original packaging
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange, will not be accepted.
